Collection of Personal Data.

FDG Group collects your personal data, in particular through the “Contact” section.
Personal data is defined as “any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual” (hereinafter called “the person concerned”); an “identifiable individual” is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity”.

Security of your Personal Data.

FDG Group does not communicate your personal data to third parties FDG Group advises that all the laws and regulations in force are applicable to the Internet. All users of this website must in particular comply with the provisions of the law of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms; and of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 (“the GDPR”), a breach of which is punishable in criminal law.

Collecting your personal data, and use of the data collected.

Personal data is information by which you can be identified in terms of your name, email address, etc. FDG Group does not ask you for any personal data except when you ask a question or request information, or you decide to participate actively in an initiative, in particular a game or survey organised by FDG Group on its brand name websites or via its website.
So it is you that specifically provides such data. By submitting the form, you give your consent and authorise FDG Group to collect, retain and use your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
If necessary, we will contact you to obtain additional personal data, subject to your express consent.

Recipients of Personal Data.

FDG Group is the only recipient of the personal data collected.
FDG Group does not communicate your personal data to third parties except:

–when FDG Group has to share this information with its service providers and in particular with technical service providers so as to provide you with the service you requested;
– when FDG Group or the above-mentioned third parties receive a request from a judicial authority or any administrative authority that is legally entitled to make one, seeking communication of this information in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
FDG Group also undertakes not to sell, lease or transfer your personal data to third parties.
FDG Group does not have the information collected on its clients processed, hosted or transferred to a country outside the European Union or regarded by the European Commission as not providing “data adequacy” without first informing the client. However, FDG Group retains a free choice of technical and commercial sub-contractors provided they are able to offer sufficient assurances concerning the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR: 2016- 679).
FDG Group undertakes to observe all necessary precautions to protect the security of the data, in particular so that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident that may affect the integrity or confidentiality of the Client Information comes to the attention of FDG Group, it will as soon as possible inform the Client and communicate to them the corrective measures that have been taken. Also, FDG Group does not collect any “sensitive data”
The User’s personal data may be processed by subsidiaries of FDG Group or by sub-contractors (service providers), solely for the purposes of the current policy.
Within the scope of their roles and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people who may have access to the data of the Users of FDG Group are the employees of our client service department.

Purposes

This data is collected to improve your experience on the fdg.fr website; to notify you of promotional offers; and to collect statistics about use of the website.
When you voluntarily provide personal data about yourself, you undertake to give accurate information and not to harm or infringe the interests or rights of third parties.
The information that you communicate via the website enables FDG Group to:

Internet Tags

FDG Group may sometimes use web beacons (also known as “tags”, action tags, single pixel GIFs, transparent GIFs or invisible GIFs), deploying them via a partner specialising in web analyses which may be based (and may therefore retain corresponding information including the User’s IP address) in a foreign country.
These tags are placed in online promotions enabling web users to access the Website, and on various pages of the latter. This technology enables FDG Group to assess the responses of visitors to the Website and the effectiveness of its initiatives (for example, the number of times a page is visited and information consulted), as well as the use of the Website by the User.
The external service provider may collect information on visitors to the Website and other websites via these tags, prepare reports on the activity of the Website for the attention of FDG Group and provide other services relating to the use of the Website and the internet.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for a period of 3 years from the time of your last interaction with the website.
Cookies are retained for 13 months from the date when they are collected.

Rights of access, modification, deletion and objection

In accordance with the European law in force, Users of the website have the following rights:
– right of access (article 15 GDPR) and rectification (article 16 GDPR), updating and completeness of Users’ data
– right to blocking or deletion of Users’ personal data (article 17 GDPR) when it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date or in respect of which collection, use, communication or retention are forbidden
– right to withdraw consent at any time (article 13-2c GDPR)

– right to object to the processing of Users’ data (article 21 GDPR)
– right to data portability in respect of data provided by Users, when this data is subjected to automatic processing based on their consent or on a contract (article 20 GDPR)
– right to determine what happens to a User’s data after their death and to choose to what previously-designated third party, if any, FDG Group should send their data.
As soon as FDG Group becomes aware of the death of a User, and in the absence of any instructions on their party, FDG Group undertakes to destroy their data, unless it appears necessary to retain it for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

In that event, the User should indicate the personal data they wish FDG Group to correct, update or delete, and identify themselves with a copy of an identity document (an identity card or passport).

FDG Group has put protection measures in place to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal data. Access to personal data is restricted to employees who need it and who have been trained to observe the rules relating to confidentiality.

FDG Group takes care, in particular, that your personal data is not distorted or damaged and that unauthorised third parties do not have access to it.

FDG Group’s websites may sometimes contain links towards third-party websites. FDG Group has no control over these websites and therefore accepts no liability for their practices in terms of privacy, or for their content.
